Ellie Neuroth joined Colliers International in March 2016. She currently serves as Senior Client Services Coordinator based in Irvine. Ellie works directly with Joe WInkelmann and Michael Hartel and their clients and listings. Ellie is responsible for all marketing initiatives for each and every listing from creation to completion. Her responsibilities include marketing package construction and implementation, graphic design, and print concepts, along with client presentations, proposals, market research, and management and maintenance of the team’s clients and listings.
Before joining Joe & Michaels Team, Ellie was part of Irvine Office Shared Support Team and was responsible for marketing support and client relations for Industrial, Office & Medical Brokers within the Office.

With over 30 years of experience representing his clients’ interests, from seller/landlord and buyer/tenant representation to investment acquisitions, dispositions, 1031 exchanges and commercial development projects, Michael places great value on providing his clients unmatched service.
Michael began his career in 1988 with Colliers, still known then as The Seeley Company. After decades developing strong relationships and building a wealth of knowledge, he was recruited to Voit Real Estate Services in 2007, before being recruited back to Colliers in 2016.
During his career, Michael has successfully completed some of the largest real estate transactions in Orange County, together totaling over 30 million square feet and $4.5 billion in consideration. In addition to more traditional transactions across product types, he has extensive experience in the acquisition and development of land sites into office and industrial business parks, which has led to more than 20 projects and 700 buildings sold since 2000.
Joe has focused primarily on Orange County Office and Industrial properties since 1997. He specializes in representing tenants and developers in building/site selection, financial and market analysis, and lease/contract evaluation. Over the past 5 years Joe has leased or sold over 5 million square feet with transaction volume in excess of $950,000,000. This outstanding record was achieved through Joe’s passion for what he does and tireless work ethic. His honesty, integrity and attention to his clients’ needs illustrate his dedication to success.
An Associate Vice President for Colliers International, I specialize in buyer/seller and tenant/landlord representation in the Southern California Orange County market. I have represented clients in the Orange County Airport Area Markets, the Irvine Spectrum and surrounding areas. My career began at Voit Real Estate Services before joining Colliers International in 2016 to work alongside Executive Vice President Michael Hartel.
A tenacious prospector, my market knowledge comes from relationships I have built with commercial property owners and users in creative office spaces, high-tech medical, retail and more. I have earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and Real Estate from Chapman University in Orange, CA and currently serve as a Director in the Chapman Real Estate Mentorship Program.

Tony Lochhead specializes in industrial properties within the Inland Empire and Orange County regions of Southern California. Tony began his career as a professional soccer player first with the New England Revolution of the MLS and later with Chivas USA. The highlight of his career was competing in the 2010 World Cup in South Africa. Upon his retirement from soccer, he entered into the Commercial Real Estate business. Through research efforts and cold calling Tony has helped generated new leads for the team to pursue. Tony takes a personal interest in each clients business in order to thoroughly understand requirements, direction and goals before taking strategic action. Under the guidance of Ian and Chris DeVries, Tony designs and populates client projects & packages - furnishing competitive building availabilities, comps, research analysis, aerials, market reports and a host of other desired materials. As such, the team achieves multi-media outreach to meet Client’s needs.
Conner Quinn started his Commercial Real Estate career in 2020 with Colliers International alongside Joe Winkelmann & Tony Lochhead. Conner is focused on buyer/seller and tenant/landlord representation in the Orange County Market. Conners clients benefit from his constant exposure to the Orange County Airport Area marketplace.
