As a Marketing Manager, I create and manage multifaceted marketing strategies and brand awareness campaigns through digital advertising, visual and written content, website development, social media and media relations.
Working with the company’s four offices, I manage content posted to our website; review external and internal communications; manage media relations operations; maintain the database of contacts used for property email marketing and media relations; compile and distribute marketing campaign reports internally and for clients; develop staff profiles for new employees; and organize sponsorships and events.
Additionally, I provide marketing expertise to the Colliers industrial brokerage team in Columbia, including the preparation of proposals, GIS mapping and integrated property marketing campaigns.
In 2014, I was part of Flock and Rally’s team awarded a Mercury Award of Excellence in Integrated Communications from the South Carolina PRSA (Public Relations Society of America) for 701 Center for Contemporary Art’s Columbia Open Studios marketing campaign.
In Fall 2019, I completed the Commercial Property Marketing Certification program through Colliers University, a rigorous set of courses designed to enhance the Colliers marketing platform.
I received Colliers’ 2019 ONE Colliers Award for embodying and promoting Colliers’ six core values to both the company and in our community. I received Colliers’ 2020 Service Excellence Award, celebrating outstanding quality, creativity, geographic reach and unique teaming and collaboration.
I graduated from the University of South Carolina with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism and Mass Communications and a major in Public Relations. Prior to joining Colliers, I worked in both in-house marketing roles as the YMCA of Columbia’s Marketing Manager and in an agency role as an Account Manager at Flock and Rally, a boutique public relations, event planning and marketing firm.
Memberships & Involvements
I serve on Junior Achievement of Greater South Carolina’s Young Professionals Auxiliary Board and am an active volunteer teaching JA programs in local schools. I serve on CREW Midlands-SC (Commercial Real Estate Women)’s Board of Directors as Marketing and Communications Chair. I am involved with Camp Cole, a camp and retreat in for children and adults with serious illness, disabilities and other challenges, as one of the Founding Families and I serve on a fundraising event committee. Within the company, I serve on our annual United Way giving campaign committee.
I have held various nonprofit memberships and served on several committees in the past, including United Way of the Midlands Young Leader’s Society (YLS) and their Book Bunny Committee, an initiative to provide books for children over their summer breaks; Columbia Opportunity Resource (COR) and their Time for Art event committee and the marketing and communications committee; and the marketing committee for Cystic Fibrosis Foundation’s annual Kick Off for a Cure event.
Vice President, Marketing | South Carolina
My role within the company is to provide an enhanced creative and analytical platform for Colliers’ brokerage associates, property and project managers and clients through the management of the company’s marketing and communications strategies.
I am responsible for developing and implementing a marketing and communications strategy to position the company as South Carolina’s leader in the commercial real estate industry by driving innovative marketing concepts to further advance the goals of the company and our clients. I am also responsible for all media relations throughout South Carolina.
Client Services Coordinator
As a Client Services Coordinator at Colliers International | South Carolina, my role is to support the Retail Services Team with administrative and marketing tasks.
Additionally, as an IT Service Technician, I assist with information technology support and resources statewide.
I thrive with my organizational skills, being customer service-oriented and quickly learning and adapting to the fast-paced needs of clients and brokers.
As a Marketing Assistant for Colliers | South Carolina, I assist with property marketing for our brokerage teams, including creating materials and executing property marketing strategies. I have expertise in graphic design, web design, content development and social media management.
