I am a senior client services coordinator in the Industrial Advisory Group at Colliers International | Florida supporting five brokers in Industrial and Institutional Investments. In this role l provide exceptional internal sales support to my broker team and our clients through efficient and high quality administrative and general support services. I assist on projects such as presentation support; listing preparation; transaction administration; offering memoradum preparation; RFP responses; gathering market knowledge through various internal and external resources to prepare client market surveys and property tours and coordinating promotional and post-sales marketing materials.

As Executive Managing Director at Colliers International and one of the team leaders in the South Florida Industrial Services Group, Steven Wasserman leads a diversified industrial practice representing institutional property owners in leasing and strategic advice.
With nearly 40 years of experience in the South Florida market, Wasserman has spearheaded complex business transactions such as built-to-suit, land development, environmental, and acquisition and disposition of specialized properties. Steve has marketed a 200-acre business park, more than two million square feet of institutional leasing and sold hundreds of thousands of feet of owner/user properties.
His longtime clients rely on him for strategic and candid advice in the industry and in this market, bringing together the extensive network of relationships, industry trends and local market knowledge he has cultivated throughout his career in South Florida.
As a South Florida native, Erin has witnessed the transformation of many cities throughout the tri-county area. Although other factors have influenced her decision to venture into commercial real estate, observing the growth and development of Miami-Dade’s industrial sector contributed significantly.
Over the last ten years, through thorough financial analysis Erin has been able to develop an extensive transaction history that covers a wide range of disciplines including sales, leasing, portfolio management and development. Her approach focuses solely on my clients' goals and has resulted in multiple significant transactions and savings.

Ken Krasnow serves as Vice Chairman of Institutional Investor Services for the Florida region. In this role, he is responsible for broadening the company’s platform by developing key client relationships, leading major projects and transactions, maintaining senior real estate industry and political relationships and recruiting new talent. Ken brings more than 30 years of acclaimed expertise in the commercial real estate industry, offering an exceptional level of on-the-ground market knowledge.
Since joining Colliers as Market Leader in 2015, Ken has overseen the tremendous growth of the business from less than two dozen professionals to more than 150 as of year end 2018 during which time the firm acquired high profile companies such as CREC, Pointe Group and MF&Co. During that same period, revenues more than quadrupled while maintaining solid margins of profitability.
Krasnow launched his career as a commercial leasing broker and was responsible for more than three million square feet of Class A office building agencies in New York City. As the markets in Florida continue to rapidly evolve, I am proud to have a responsive approach to management, curating talent and specialties to help us always provide best-in-class service for our clients and community.
As a Director in the Fort Lauderdale office of Colliers International South Florida, Brooke is spearheading our newly expanded specialty practice focused on public institutions.
With nearly 10 years of public sector experience, her most recent role was serving as Acquisition & Relocation Agent for HDR concentrating on right of way projects in Miami-Dade, Broward and St. Lucie Counties.
Prior to that, Brooke was a member of the CBRE South Florida Occupier team, as an integral part of the City of Fort Lauderdale’s account management team which was responsible for the execution of the City of Fort Lauderdale’s strategic plan, including the evaluation, disposition, repurposing and management of the City’s leased and owned assets. She has also worked with the Public Institution Group representing Martin County and Riviera Beach Community Redevelopment Agency, in addition to four years working for the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) District 6.
I am a native of South Florida and have a decade of experience handling office and industrial leasing and tenant representation services. To date I've completed 225 transactions with total consideration in excess of $250 million. My experience leasing office space in Palm Beach and Broward has equipped me to understand office tenants’ customized needs for space while keeping in mind the perspective of office owners.
Prior to joining Colliers, I served as the Vice President at Stiles Realty. Prior to that, I worked as a Senior Director of Real Estate at Adler Realty Services, a Director of Corporate Real Estate for the Penn-Florida Companies, and as an office and industrial broker for CBRE. Dustin Ozga joined the Stiles team in 2015 with over a decade of experience in institutional leasing, asset acquisition, land development and corporate services.
As Director of Industrial Services, Will Falero advises and assists organizations in achieving their real estate business objectives by leasing, purchasing and selling industrial assets in the South Florida market.
With 15 years of experience, his professionalism and diligence to further strengthens the Industrial Division's longstanding presence in Dade and Broward Counties, complementing Colliers’ 24 industrial brokerage professionals across the State of Florida in the representation of millions of square feet of space on behalf of institutional and local owners and tenants.
Prior to joining Colliers, Will served as Associate Director at Casal Group where he represented tenants and landlords with services to corporate, institutional and private client groups on acquiring, selling and leasing of real estate assets.
Previously, he served as Commercial Real Estate Broker at Florida Corporate Realty, Inc., and Sales Director and Business Development Specialist at Antigua at Country Club of Miami – Country Club Ventures II.
