Professional Summary
I am a fourth-year dual-degree candidate at Case Western Reserve University where I am pursuing my Juris Doctor and Master of Business Administration. I also hold a Bachelor of Science in Applied Engineering Sciences with a concentration in Business Law from Michigan State University where I completed my undergraduate education in 2019.
Although I was born and raised in southeast Michigan, I am proud to call Cleveland my home. I am very excited to put my background in engineering, business, and law to use with the Seelig Retail Team at the Cleveland-Akron office.

Chris Seelig is a Senior Vice President and Principal with Colliers International, a global real estate organization with more than 450 offices worldwide.
Mr. Seelig, who joined Colliers International in 2013, oversees the Retail Services Group at the Cleveland office. Specializing in retail tenant representation, landlord representation and restaurant leasing throughout Ohio, Chris has personally participated in and managed over 675 sale and lease transactions, with an aggregate value in excess of $375 million. With more than 20 years of experience representing both landlords and tenants, Chris has handled assignments throughout Ohio and the Midwest. His experience includes investment sales, land assemblage, corporate dispositions, REO properties, zoning and development.
Lauren White is a Vice President with Colliers, a global real estate organization with more than 450 offices worldwide.
Ms. White has more than 11 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry with time spent in landlord leasing, tenant representation, development, and property management. Lauren's current area of expertise is landlord representation, working with valued owners to strategically market and stabilize their assets throughout northeast and central Ohio. Lauren also spends time on key tenant accounts, assisting with market rollout and multi-site acquisition strategies, quarterbacking the transaction process from LOI to occupancy.
In her time at Colliers, Lauren has been actively involved in over 300 transactions in excess of 1,600,000 SF.
Fabi Miller is a Vice President with Colliers, a global real estate organization with more than 450 offices worldwide.
Fabi joined Colliers in 2020, working with the Retail Services Group at the Cleveland-Akron office. She has over 15 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, with over 10 of those years spent in the private sector. With a multidisciplinary background in development and leasing of mixed-use projects and lifestyle centers in urban, suburban and university settings, she is well versed and skillful in working with landlords and tenants throughout several phases of the real estate development and leasing cycles, including due diligence, acquisition, zoning, construction, lease negotiation, tenant coordination and property management.
During her years in real estate, she has travelled extensively, gaining valuable market knowledge while handling leasing assignments throughout Ohio, Kentucky, Pennsylvania, Upstate New York, Nebraska, and Iowa. She specializes in retail leasing and hospitality and participated in the redevelopment and leasing of historic Flats East Bank Phase I & II, Kenwood Collection, The Shoppes at Parma, Shadow Lake Towne Center, College Town Rochester & Medical Center, and several other mixed-use developments at University Campuses, totaling over $1 billion in new construction.
Currently, Fabi is representing Charley's, Souper Market, Taqueria Cilantro, Hooptech, Rite Cleaners and The Spanish American Committee on the tenant side; as well as, working with her partner on the Goodwill, The Joint and GrowGen accounts throughout OH. As for the landlord side, she is working on several assets including neighborhood shopping centers, urban retail spaces and on the sale and leasing single tenant properties.
