Elisha Martin has been active in commercial real estate for over 25 years in Alaska and Washington.
Elisha is highly skilled in all aspects of brokerage, including development, sales, tenant and landlord representation, site selection, tenant introduction to new markets, asset management and leasing. She has negotiated leases with such diverse tenants as Panda Express, ERM, University Alaska, State of Alaska, GSA, Tesoro and Safeway. As well as in properties throughout Alaska and Washington for clients such as Albertsons/Safeway, CFT/Panda Development, ACE Hardware, Seritage, Dimond Center Holdings and the State of Alaska. Unique to the Alaska market, she specializes in the retail, office and industrial markets.
Elisha’s background includes positions as broker and vice president of operations for PTP Management Inc., a company that manages and leases more than 50 commercial and institutional projects of approximately 4 million square feet across Alaska. Previously, Elisha was general manager of the Dimond Center, Alaska’s largest retail and office complex at 728,000 square feet.
Elisha resides in Anchorage with her husband, Chad, and their two children. She enjoys spending time with family, traveling and outdoor activities. Memberships & Associations

Memberships & Involvements
Elisha is most involved in the Anchorage community through her involvement in the real estate industry. She is on the advisory board for the Property Management and Real Estate Program at the University of Alaska Anchorage. She contributes to the program through mentorship and through involvement in educational opportunities for the students. Elisha has been on the advisory board for 7 years and has helped to develop this highly successful program.
Elisha is on the board of Boys and Girls Club Alaska, serving as the board secretary and on the executive committee. She has been on the board for over 14 years.
Elisha was the past chair of ICSC’s government relations committee for Alaska
