Elena's area of expertise is in the healthcare and senior housing sectors of real estate. She also has experience in corporate office, life science, retail, land transactions and investment sales. Her clients include physicians, multispecialty groups, hospitals, developers, senior housing operators and owners in addition to private investors. Prior to joining Colliers in 2014, Elena was a Senior Healthcare Real Estate Advisor with Coldwell Banker Commercial Healthcare Services Group. Elena's past career as a cancer research scientist with the world’s best cancer centers and research institutions has led her to choose her core areas of specialization. Being actively involved with the healthcare industry through the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE) and the Medical Group Management Association (MGMA), helps her to stay updated with the needs of this industry and to better serve her clients.
The most rewarding part of her job is developing relationships with clients and gaining their trust and confidence as their real estate advisor. In regards to real estate transactions, what she enjoy most of all is research, analysis and negotiations.
Prior to moving to the Houston area, Elena lived in many Asian and European countries, which helped her develop a deep understanding of various cultures. Elena enjoys serving Houston’s multicultural community. She also attended EXPO REAL in Germany several times to promote acquisition opportunities to foreign markets.

Bringing 32 years of experience in commercial real estate, Marilynne joined Colliers in 2018 to provide financial analysis to the company’s leasing and investment sales teams for all types of assets, including the following types of financial analysis:

Prior to joining Colliers, she specialized in advising companies regarding their financial analysis for commercial real estate requirements or investments for 17 years. Marilynne also has a background in commercial mortgage underwriting/loan originations and commercial real estate appraisal.
Rebecca joined the Colliers Houston office in 2012 and has since worked as a Client Service Coordinator, Property Manager, and Leasing Agent.
As a Senior Client Project Specialist, Rebecca is responsible for creating and maintaining marketing materials and campaigns, listing agreements, pitches, proposals, site tour coordination, market research, online database maintenance and tracking deals, client support and contract/lease administration.
Rebecca’s expertise includes budgeting, marketing, finance and transaction negotiation, tenant retention, and lease administration. She consistently creates measurable value for her clients.
Rebecca spent three years at Colliers in Perth, Western Australia specializing in commercial asset management for both institutional and private owners. Institutional clients included AMP Capital, Investa Office Fund, VALAD and GE Real Estate. Rebecca’s focus was on rental collection, tenant retention, budgets, lease administration and oversight of capital improvement projects.
Rebecca earned both the Commercial Property Marketing Certification (CPMC) and Commercial Property Research Certification (CPRC) from Colliers University. CPMC and CPRC are the first and only accreditations for commercial real estate marketing and research professionals. It offers a professional development path to increase strategic and tactical expertise in marketing/research, knowledge of the industry and capabilities with commercial real estate tools.
Patsy joined Colliers in 2023 as the Research Director and has more than 40 years of communications, research and statistical analysis experience in the commercial real estate industry. She produces annual and quarterly market-area reports and project-specific custom reports for client presentations while effectively utilizing commercial real estate tools and databases.
Patsy has a deep understanding of how to capture real estate data, analyze market trends and provide meaningful data-driven insights to assist clients in finding solutions to meet their real estate needs.

- Senior Insight Analyst/Research Manager for Avison Young’s Houston office from 2018-2022. Responsible for leading market research by tracking and analyzing key economic and market trends. Maintained office and industrial building data and comps in a proprietary in-house database.
- Senior Market Analyst for Commercial Gateway, the commercial division of the Houston Association of Realtors, and for CDS Market Research.
- Served as Communications/Research Director for The Horne Company and Grubb & Ellis.
- Edited a local monthly magazine, a weekly newspaper and a special section for the Houston Post.
