Director of Operations
Edward Lowney joined Colliers International in 1999 as a member of the Real Estate Management Services group.
Ed's responsibilities include the supervision of multiple property managers and associated staff members in all aspects of daily property operations; working with staff to ensure quality control and focused efforts to assist client(s) in meeting both the short- and long-term goals of each asset.
Ed works directly with the director of management services on various special projects and initiatives to improve the efficiency of the department and develop new business, and also acts as National Account Director for a large multi-market pharmaceutical client, (FM).
Prior to joining Colliers International, Ed was employed for 11 years with R.M. Bradley Co., managing multiple properties for a diverse client base. He was responsible for property operations, vendor oversight, coordination of tenant improvement construction and capital projects, marketing and tenant retention activities, annual budget preparation, financial reporting/analysis, lease administration and direct, regular contact with the clients.
