Ed Thomas specializes in retail and office brokerage and investment sales, representing both tenants and landlords throughout Tennessee, Mississippi, and Arkansas. Ed is a consultant for local restaurateurs, including local favorites Bogies, Old Venice Pizza Company, Interim Restaurant, Sole, and Amerigo, focusing on lease negotiations for additional locations in the Memphis Market. Ed has completed approximately 115 transactions in the last five years totaling more than one million square feet in retail and office space.
Ed Thomas has been involved in nearly $50 million in retail, office, and industrial sales in his first four years of commercial real estate. He has called on and gained trust with long-time Memphis practices, including The Endocrine Clinic, PC; Prime Health Medical Center; P.C. and Pinnacle Arbitrage Compliance. Prior to joining Colliers, Ed worked for Hotel and Restaurant Supply, designing and selling commercial kitchen equipment and has continued to work and consult with local restaurateurs.
