Drew specializes in industrial and investment real estate where he provides various corporate, institutional, and private clients with a full suite of real estate advisory services. Areas of expertise include negotiating and structuring lease and sale transactions, site selection, financial modeling/risk management, syndicates, and real estate capital markets. He also provides select retail and office clients with leasehold, acquisition, and disposition services. Drew began his career as an intern on the brokerage team at Colliers in 2005. He was named a principal in 2015 and is now, along with the other principals, responsible for the continued growth and development of the collective Arkansas offices.

Casi Runnells is a broker at Colliers Arkansas who specializes in retail, industrial, and office brokerage. Clark began his CRE career in brokerage at Irwin Partners in 2011 after graduating from the University of Arkansas with a Bachelor of Science in Business with a focus on finance and real estate. He joined the Colliers team when Irwin Partners merged with the firm in 2017.
Justin Bentley is a brokerage associate at Colliers | Arkansas. He is active in retail, industrial, office, and investment brokerage and also handles consulting assignments for individual and corporate clients. Justin joined Colliers I Arkansas in 2012 as an assistant property manager where he was responsible for the management of approximately 450,000 SF of commercial real estate throughout central Arkansas, and was promoted to brokerage associate in 2013. Prior to joining the firm, he was a new business development analyst at Disney Sports in Orlando, Florida and a graduate assistant for the University of Arkansas’ Athletic Department. Justin has also worked with Acxiom Corporation within their Global Sales Organization.
Nathan Monan is a broker associate at Colliers | Arkansas who specializes in asset and investment real estate and landlord representation as well as retail and industrial brokerage.
