Professional Summary
As a Principal, Vice President, and active broker with Colliers in New Hampshire, I help manage our southern New Hampshire commercial brokerage team while working to service my existing client base and grow market share for the company.
Within the Manchester office, my goal is to assist our team in finding a healthy balance between work, personal, and volunteer time. It is important to give back to the community and I enjoy leading by example as an active participant with a number of local charities and on several local boards.
My brokerage expertise covers the sale, leasing, and valuation of office, industrial, and retail properties, as well as commercial and industrial land tracts in the Greater Manchester/Concord submarkets.
During my 16 years in the industry, I have had the chance to work with many companies and individuals with particular requirements. I enjoy the challenge that comes with each unique transaction. Although negotiations can be strenuous, I strive to add a level of fun without sacrificing professionalism.
I am well-recognized in the southern NH business community as an agent who is knowledgeable, easy to work with, and gets the job done with out-of-the box thinking and creative marketing strategies.

I am an active Real Estate Salesperson with Colliers in New Hampshire and focus primarily in office and land sales, leasing, and valuation in the Greater Concord, Manchester, and Nashua submarkets.
My previous experience as the Research Manager with Colliers has resulted in my holistic approach as a Sales Associate. I served as the point person for research and market intelligence gathering and reporting. My background in market data and trends ensures my clients capitalize on a comprehensive view of the current market, which significantly affects their bottom line.
Prior to joining Colliers, I worked at Chrysler Financial as a Customer Service Supervisor and at Customer Perspectives as a Project Manager.
