As transaction coordinator, I support brokers in the Memphis office with the required paperwork for executing lease and sale contracts, assist with year-end corporate reporting and sales database management. I also serve as the primary MCA coordinator for the office. From the organization of sale and lease documents to insure TREC compliance, to maintaining updated real estate licenses for all brokers, my work is essential to the success of the brokerage efforts.
As Administrative Assistant from July 2011 until September 2017, I provided administrative, research and marketing support to the brokerage staff in the Memphis office and efficiently managed and streamlined projects while meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced industry.
I have twenty-five years of experience in commercial real estate in administrative roles ranging from operations and accounting support to marketing and research responsibilities. Prior to joining Colliers International in July of 2011, I spent nearly fifteen years at Grubb & Ellis Detroit as Senior Revenue Coordinator. The longevity of my experience and multi-market exposure enhances the team's perspective on both local and national pursuits.
