About
Professional Summary
As a former hospital administrator, I offer a unique perspective to LCK clients, having been responsible for organizational strategic planning, facility capital planning, maintenance, hospital operations, budgeting, and profit and loss management. I also understand the complexities of project management and how good management practices are critical to success. My experience in absolute accountability for financial results enables me to appreciate our clients’ dependence on us to bring projects in on budget. I am passionate about adding value to any project in which I am involved and take great pride in shepherding each one to successful and timely completion.
Operating for the last few years as a general contractor has given me the contractor’s perspective in project delivery and has expanded my skill set to include hands-on construction and technical field work. Combined with my leadership and relationship skills, I believe I am uniquely positioned to offer the capabilities necessary to build a cohesive team that is collectively committed to accomplishing a common goal.

Education
I earned a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) in 2000 from California University of Pennsylvania, the same university where I earned a Bachelors degree in 1986. I chose to pursue a business degree to enhance my business acumen to coincide with my deep healthcare experience.
Prior to joining LCK, I spent 25 years in healthcare, the last 15 being in a senior leadership position. In this role, I had administrative responsibility for all construction, facility management, environmental services, nutrition services, materials management, clinical engineering, security, laundry services, courier services, lab, diagnostic imaging, and various other clinical and ancillary services.
Early in my career, I held leadership positions in both retail and industrial production. These collective experiences provided additional perspective in my subsequent positions.
