Professional Summary

As an office broker I represent office landlords and tenants in the East Bay, primarily in the Oakland Metro area, Emeryville, Berkeley and Alameda.  For my tenant clients, real estate is one of their most significant decisions to make, and my role is to thoroughly understand their requirements and to translate them into a comprehensive list of high-quality options.  For my landlord clients, excellent service focuses on working aggressively to optimize their return on their property.

Previous to joining Colliers, I worked for 25 years as a financial investment advisor—at Lehman Brothers, Smith Barney, Oppenheimer, and Sterne Agee.  In that role, I gained a broad understanding of the way business works, serving many of the same kinds of clients I work with today. I find that experience very valuable now as I work to connect my clients with their best real estate solution.

Contributing to my clients’ financial well-being via successful negotiation is one of the most satisfying parts of this work.  I work with fierce determination to get my tenant clients the sharpest deal possible in a range of different areas.

When I am not working, my interests lean mostly towards sports, travel and music.  I enjoy tennis, softball, and running, and follow all the nearby teams with enthusiasm.
