As Senior Vice President of the industrial division for the Salt Lake City office of Colliers International, his professionalism spans all facets of industrial, land and investment transactions.
Don and his team with more than forty-four years of experience merge their strengths to successfully achieve the wants and needs of their clients’ commercial real estate goals. Don’s vast experience and market intelligence combined with his integrity and responsiveness is paramount when helping his clients make compelling and successful business decisions.
As a widely-recognized authority in the industry, Mr. Enlow consults on a wide array of commercial real estate questions and challenges that impact all sectors of the market. He is currently serving as President of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors, Utah Chapter. He is a founding member of the Colliers Utah Leadership Team, and has served as a presenter at the Utah Commercial Real Estate Symposium.
Mr. Enlow has had the privilege of advising and assisting clients in hundreds of transactions, resulting in billions of dollars of economic gain for his clients and the community. A native Californian, Don came to Utah on an athletic scholarship to the University of Utah. Marcy Pitman has been a real estate broker for more than twenty years. She holds a Real Estate Broker’s license in North Carolina, Utah and Colorado.
Her experience in all aspects of brokerage services is a vital asset to the team of professionals at Colliers International. She has an impeccable reputation in the industry as a trusted advisor in meeting her clients’ needs and objectives. Marcy’s focus on industrial, land and investment transactions combined with her meticulous attention to detail affords her clients with the confidence that she will help them achieve their commercial real estate goals. She handles each negotiation in a highly efficient and effective manner.
She developed a diverse background in the industry through her extensive experience as a commercial broker including property management, tenant and landlord representation, and buyer and seller representation. Marcy’s immense portfolio includes local, regional and national clients with several million square feet of successful transactions.
Prior to locating to Utah in 2010, Marcy was a brokering partner and the Marketing Director for Landmark Realty Group of Cashiers, North Carolina where she was involved in commercial, residential development and investment property transactions.
A native Floridian, Marcy is a former competitive water skier. She and her husband, Lucas, who is a native Montanan, enjoy Utah’s spectacular outdoors through the thrills of snow skiing, camping and water sports.
I am a member of one of Colliers most dynamic and successful industrial/ land teams in the Intermountain West. I focus on a variety of business disciplines within the team including marketing, and business development.
I attended Utah State University and received my bachelor’s degree in Sociology, with an emphasis on Economics.
