Senior Project Manager
I am a Senior Project Manager in Colliers Indianapolis Project Management Services division.
I am a seasoned and multi-faceted professional with extensive experience in construction, development, and facilities management. I place a predominate emphasis on quality construction and close attention to owner/tenant fit-out details. Energy conservation is a high priority and I apply my experience to help influence building design techniques, state-of-the-art equipment, and automated controls to maximize building operational efficiencies and comfort. Maintaining superior levels of cleanliness and functionality for both customer accounts and building tenants/employees is yet another important emphasis.
Prior to joining Colliers, I directed construction efforts for multi-market companies. At JDH Contracting – a specialized construction service provider of wireless, fiber optics, and utilities projects – I managed many multi-market key accounts. At Premier Properties USA – a national retail real estate development company – I was responsible for all phases of development and construction playing a key role in completing these projects on time and in budget.
I have also directed the design, construction, and facilities management of the 56-store portfolio for national retailer, Galyan’s Sports & Outdoor (since purchased by Dick’s Sporting Goods). I was responsible for facilities oversight on all company properties and plant, setting high standards for maintenance and cleanliness, plus innovative methods for energy and water conservation and waste materials recycling.
By virtue of being an owner of my own general commercial building contracting enterprise, I deliver an exceptional experience and understanding of contractor business issues and operations.
