Senior Client Services Specialist
Debi joined Colliers Tampa Bay in November 2018 as a client services coordinator supporting the industrial team of Ryan Vaught and Robyn Hurrell. She provides unparalleled expertise in assisting the team with the creation of presentations, client deliverables, and a multitude of miscellaneous one-off marketing pieces as well as transactional support. Experienced in the spectrum of Adobe programs, Debi is able to utilize a variety of applications to create custom materials catered to each of our individual clients. With almost ten years in the commercial real estate sector, Debi combines her skill set and knowledge of the industry to continuously propel the team forward.
Prior to joining Colliers, Debi began her commercial real estate career as a brokerage administrator for Marcus & Millichap. During her six years in their Tampa office, she quickly grew to become a Lead Certified Agent Support Specialist providing marketing and training support to an office of 50+ agents with numerous product specialties including multifamily, retail and hospitality.
Debi earned her BBA degree in Business Analysis from Texas A&M University in College Station, TX. She is a licensed real estate sales associate and has also earned the CPMC designation (Commercial Property Marketing Certification) from Colliers University.

Executive Managing Director, Industrial Services
Ryan Vaught joined Colliers in 2018. His real estate practice focuses on consulting with industrial developers and investors throughout the country.
Prior to joining Colliers, Ryan was a Senior Vice President with JLL where he led the industrial services platform in Tampa, FL. Before relocating to Florida, Ryan was with Brixton Capital, a private equity investment firm located in San Diego, CA.
Ryan also served in the United States Army as a military intelligence officer.
Ryan is married to his wife (Laura) and has two sons (Owen and Ryder).
Executive Managing Director, Industrial Services
As a market leading commercial real estate advisor, Robyn is a top-performing, industrial real estate broker and Executive Managing Director for Colliers. Involved in a multitude of different projects across Florida, Robyn commands extensive transaction experience on both the tenant and landlord sides and offers a robust suite of services including leasing, dispositions, acquisitions, land identification, and tenant representation. Robyn holds a high value on genuine, long-term client relationships and her approach is consultative and needs based, minimizing the time her Clients spend on the real estate decision making process. Her prime focus in all aspects of her consultative efforts is to be a true partner in the process as an extension of the Clients’ operation.
Previously in a financial analyst role on the Cushman & Wakefield office capital markets team, Robyn’s industrial brokerage career launched under the JLL platform and it was there Robyn partnered with her current business partner, Ryan Vaught, to start the Vaught | Hurrell Industrial Team in 2016. Since that partnership formed, the duo was recruited to Colliers in 2018 to bolster the industrial services platform throughout the state of Florida. Now a six-member operation, the Vaught | Hurrell Industrial Team is a diverse and collaborate group that strives to deliver creative strategies relative to local leasing and capital markets. Leading the team in their local leasing efforts, Robyn spearheads the leasing platform which encompasses over 6M square feet of agency leasing partnerships & over 20 active tenant representation Clients.
Senior Associate, Industrial Services
As an industrial real estate specialist, Oliver has extensive transaction experience representing both landlords, tenants, and providing owner occupier services. Joining the Colliers Central Florida Industrial Team in early 2019, Oliver has been integral to the teams’ successful expansion into Pinellas County and partners with Robyn Hurrell to maintain and further grow their agency leasing portfolio in excess of 5M square feet. Implementing a partnership mindset and fashioning a consultative and needs-based discussion around the strategy table, Oliver simplifies and streamlines the real estate process. Most importantly, Oliver places high esteem on long-term relationships and maximizing value for his Clients.
Prior to joining Colliers, Oliver was a Corporate Trainer with Credico, an outsource marketing and sales organization for numerous Fortune 500 companies. While at Credico, Oliver’s primary responsibility included business development as well as corporate training for Account Executives in both their Dallas and Manhattan offices.
Client Services Specialist
Joining Colliers in the spring of 2022, Emory provides comprehensive marketing services for the Vaught | Hurrell Industrial Team. She is responsible for designing print and digital marketing flyers, creating email and social media campaigns, and event planning.
Prior to joining Colliers, Emory was a marketing coordinator with Marcus & Millichap in Orlando. She assisted with social media engagement, creating proposal packages, web marketing, and property research & analysis.
Emory has expertise with various marketing platforms including InDesign, Photoshop, AfterEffects and Illustrator.
Junior Analyst, Industrial Investments
Riley joined Colliers in 2022 as a Capital Markets Analyst working with the Vaught | Hurrell Industrial Team. In this role, he will be providing brokerage support, valuation analysis, and market research for the southeast industrial markets.
In 2019, Riley began his real estate career as an intern at the Colliers office in Detroit, MI where he helped manage and prospect for the Global Automotive Real Estate portfolio while also building out a Customer Relation Management system for the Book | Jett team. Prior to joining Colliers in Tampa, FL, he also worked as an intern for Merrill Lynch in a wealth management role researching and analyzing market analytics to determine which equities are positioned best to optimize returns with the changes to the market and consumer preferences. Additionally, as an intern to the CEO for United Wholesale Mortgage he gathered analytics from all aspects of the company to create a senior leadership report so that the c-suite executives have encompassing data to make proper decisions.
