Senior Property Accountant
I mentor the REMS property accountants to help them achieve their goals. I am also responsible for providing detailed financial reporting for commercial real estate holdings managed by Colliers International | South Carolina. I strive to always provide my clients with a unique and personalized accounting approach based on their needs. I work to help my clients understand the importance of superior accounting techniques and then deliver on that.
I believe that my comfort level in accounting for many types of properties gives my clients confidence and security in my work. When owners and investors trust our reporting, it is vital to the aspect of communication between them and the firm.
I am a member of the National Association of Professional Women (NAPW) as well as the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR). I am a United Way contributor and have volunteered at Livestrong Challenges in Philadelphia as well as American Heart Association events in New York City.
Being a “Jersey girl” where college sports take a backseat to professional sports, I have fully embraced the University of South Carolina Gamecocks and look forward to supporting them in the years to come.
I have extensive accounting experience and knowledge gained through my work in New York and New Jersey. I became interested in real estate and earned my real estate license in July 2015. These two interests, accounting and real estate, naturally led me to property accounting when I relocated to South Carolina.
I am a graduate of Rutgers University, where I obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.
