Over the past 31 years, Ed has specialized in leasing, selling, and providing consulting services to industrial tenants and property owners. Ed has completed over 800 transactions totaling over 25 million square feet.
Ed was inducted into the Association of Silicon Valley Brokers ("ASVB") Hall of Fame in 2014. He was awarded the 2006 and 2012 Industrial Broker of the Year award by the Association of Silicon Valley Brokers (“ASVB”) and was a finalist for the 2007, 2009, and 2016 Industrial Broker of the Year award.
Ed was also named as one of Silicon Valley’s top 25 brokers in 2003, 2004, 2006, 2008, 2009, 2011, and 2016 by the CoStar Group.
Ed is a member of the Association of Silicon Valley Brokers ("ASVB") and of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors ("SIOR"). Membership in SIOR is by invitation only and earned by tenured performance in the industry and strict adherence to the highest standards of professional ethics. The SIOR designation ensures a level of brokerage expertise unmatched by competing brokers in local, regional and national markets.
Upon graduating from the University of California at Davis, Ed went to work for First American Title Company as a commercial account manager. In 1986, Ed moved into brokerage and joined Blickman Turkus (now Cushman Wakefield). In 1992, Ed moved to Colliers International in order to better serve his expanding industrial client base.
In 1995, Ed became a principal of Colliers International.
Emerson specializes in industrial, distribution, and R&D real estate across the Silicon Valley & in conjunction with a team to cover the United States. Emerson works in a collaborative style to find facilities solutions that balance the requirements of a corporate image, efficient operations, & fiscal conservation. His expertise encompasses commercial leasing & sales, multimarket assignments, and industrial redevelopment.
Emerson is an avid outdoorsman and on the weekends can be found skiing, hiking, climbing, or playing golf.
Alee joined the Operations team in August of 2021. Prior to joining the team at Colliers she was on the Marketing team at Cresa. She prides herself on her ability to wear many hats and fill many roles. She feels that being adaptable is crucial to success.
I began working for Colliers International in 2014 and have been in real estate since 2000. Assisting with leasing, property tours, and marketing of properties, I strive to provide superior service, information and accessibility for the brokers that I assist and their clients.
Julie Lewis is a member of the highly acclaimed Pleasanton Administrative team since 1989.
I joined Colliers International in 2016 as an administrative assistant to provide support to the industrial, retail, office and multi-family brokers in the Oakland office. Prior to Colliers, I worked for 20 years as an administrative assistant at Salomon Brothers/Salomon Smith Barney/Citigroup, and then later in the public sector at the San Francisco’s Sheriff’s Civil Division Department.
The fast pace of commercial real estate suits me, and I like the urgency to get things done quickly and correctly. I take pride in my initiative and problem-solving skills, and look forward to developing a deeper expertise in brokerage work.
In my free time, I am an avid ultra-runner and often participate in 50-100K races. Relatedly, I dedicate a great deal of time to the Las Lomas High School Cross Country Team. I like to think that I am helping the young athletes develop healthy habits that might last their lifetimes. I also enjoy reading, and have an appreciation for the classics. Tolstoy and Dostoyevsky are my favorites.
Linda is the Regional Operations Director of 9 offices based in Northern California. In this role she manages synergies and works closely with the Operations Managers ensuring alignment with local and regional concerns. She has a proven track record for connecting ideas, utilizing networks and getting things done. Linda is responsible for driving operational strategy, ensuring efficient and effective operations for the region.
In 2002, Linda won the Bob Babcock Award, a significant honor, and is only the second women to receive this award. In 2006, Linda won the Parrish Award, which is the company’s highest honor. In 2021 she won the Colliers Award for Northern California, a meanful achievement.
