My extensive background and training in the operation and maintenance of complex mechanical systems has prepared me to be able to tackle a client’s building performance issues. My technical expertise helps ensure our clients buildings and systems are designed to maximize energy efficiency, operate properly, and provide safe and comfortable environments.
I have 30 years of experience operating, troubleshooting, and maintaining highly complicated buildings and their systems including central heating/cooling plants, mechanical and electrical systems, HVAC controls, plant operations, energy conservation, and institutional construction.
I work with clients to help them achieve their energy efficiency goals by investigating and solving their building performance issues while generating significant cost savings, reducing their carbon footprint, and reducing service calls.
My diverse background includes extensive work with large complex facilities including providing technical support to numerous educational institutions, healthcare, and federal facilities.
