Senior Project Manager
I offer a unique perspective as a project manager who is a licensed engineer and has been both a general contractor and construction manager.
I have worked in the construction industry on a variety of projects ranging in complexity. In every endeavor, I always seek to be forthright on expectations and diligent in my efforts to meet them.
I excel in developing solutions, resolving conflicts and leading the team forward with a plan for execution. This takes a balance of both cautiousness and urgency which are natural to me. I take pride in the meticulous process I go through on every construction project to help mitigate potential constructibility issues or risk while engaging my team for creative solutions. I am always thinking of effective ways for improvement. This process starts in pre-construction well before mobilization efforts.
Although I enjoy the entire process, I get the most joy at completion. It’s exciting to see an owner’s concept become reality with the culmination of a ribbon cutting or the start of operations.
