Professional Summary

David Harper is a respected, 35-year veteran of the commercial real estate industry.  He specializes in leasing and selling Industrial/R&D and Office properties, focusing on San Diego's I-15 Corridor market (Rancho Bernardo, Poway, 4S Ranch, Carmel Mountain Ranch, & Scripps Ranch).  He joined the Colliers International team as Vice President in 1998.  During the past five years, David has completed over $161 million dollars in transaction value, and nearly 2 million square feet. At Colliers, he has ranked in the top ten regionally in 2000, 2009, 2010, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2018 and 2019, and top 5 in San Diego office in 2009, 2010, 2013, 2014, and 2019, top 5 in San Diego office in 2009, 2010, 2019,  and 2014, and was a recipient of the International Awards of Excellence in 2000 and 2003, in recognition of ranking amongst the top 50 producers nationally.  Prior to his association with Colliers, he served as Senior Vice President with Coldwell Banker Commercial in Rancho Bernardo where he was recognized as their top producer for four years as well as the top industrial salesperson for eight years.  Other career experience includes commercial real estate brokerage at Rancon Real Estate and John Burnham and Company.
