Director of Financial Analysis
In my role as a financial analyst, I work closely with the Colliers leasing team to help structure and then analyze the best financial outcome for tenant and landlord clients. From the very beginning of the leasing process, I strive to help our clients understand their investment and ultimately translate the meaning of deal economics so they have optimal decision-making clarity.
Before joining Colliers in 2016, I spent 20 years working in various financial and management positions at Putnam Investments, Boston Financial Investment Management, and, most recently, Costar Investment Analysis. From consulting private equity and institutional portfolio managers to overseeing a large portfolio of assets, I honed my finance skills while developing a strong real estate foundation as well as a genuine interest in the subject. Unlike the world of stocks and bonds, analysis of real estate investments and leasing transactions offers a degree of tangibility to which I can feel more connected to a project, a client and their goals. I am a dedicated, easy-going, and sociable member of the Colliers team, and aim to offer both colleagues and clients alike the very best service experience possible.
Away from the office, I enjoy golfing, hiking, other outdoor activities, and especially spending time with my family. I have 3 children and coach soccer for both of my daughters as well as football for my son. I am a passionate advocate, motivational speaker, and member of Mass Down Syndrome Congress (MDSC), an organization that hits close to home as my youngest daughter has the genetic condition.
