Professional Summary

Working through Colliers’ Columbia, Greenville, Spartanburg and Charleston offices, I leverage the Colliers global platform for the benefit of my clients, which include corporations as well as educational, governmental and non-profit organizations. I aim to provide analytical solutions that are uniquely available from Colliers. These services include project management, facilities management, transactional representation, property management, advisory, analytical and valuation services.

As a relationship manager, my objective is to anticipate client needs through a client’s perspective, working to design real estate strategies and align them with business objectives to empower clients to make smart real estate decisions.

My business career has been focused on advising corporate leadership. I have approximately 17.9 million square feet or $1.4 billion of experience in development as an advisor, banker, contractor and developer. I have been active in the Industrial Asset Management Council (IAMC), serving on the Programs committee.  I am also a past board member of CoreNet Carolinas. In 2015, I was awarded the Colliers | South Carolina Transaction of the Year award for my work with a team on Techtronic Industries North America, Inc. In 2018, I became a Colliers | South Carolina shareholder.

Prior to joining Colliers, I was President and COO of Red Rock Developments, a Southeastern development firm. In addition, I formerly worked at Shelco Inc., a regional contractor, and at Bank of America. I have assisted organizations such as Ryobi, Hoover, Clemson University Foundation, South Carolina Department of Commerce, Monster Worldwide, Caterpillar, Nucor, Navistar, Lennox International, Verizon Wireless and Liberty Property Trust in many real estate development services.

Memberships & Involvements

I was a board member of the Sumter Boys and Girls Club and the York County Economic Development Board. I have participated in Leadership Sumter and Leadership South Carolina. While in Greenville, I was among a group of eight business leaders that established the Upstate Alliance, a regional organization that promotes economic development. Today, the Upstate Alliance represents 10 counties in South Carolina. I am a frequent instructor at South Carolina Institute for Economic Development and South Carolina Advance Symposium for Economic Development. I am Past President of the South Carolina Economic Developers Association and served as board member for the last seven years.
