I have more than 35 years of commercial real estate experience and am licensed in New Hampshire, Maine, and Massachusetts. 

I have been the managing partner of the Colliers office in Portsmouth, NH, since 1991. In that role, I am responsible for all aspects of the company’s activities, including brokerage, new business generation, and various consulting assignments. 

Over the years, I have had the pleasure of working with Wells Fargo, Manulife, Citizens Bank, Edward Jones, ConvenientMD, Exeter Hospital, the City of Dover, the University System of New Hampshire, and many more. 

In my career, I have been involved in transactions totaling over $411 million.

Prior to joining Colliers, I worked at The Robbins Group of New Hampshire, Inc. as a Regional Manager, and at Bradgate Associates, Inc. where I was a Land Acquisition Manager.

Novocure | Represented client in the leasing of 73,000 SF in two buildings with a total lease value of more than $7.8M.

Private Investor | Sold 52,224 SF fully tenanted industrial building for $4.6M.

ThermoFisher Scientific | Sold its 140,885 SF manufacturing building for $4.25M. Negotiated a 34,749 SF lease renewal worth more than $1.1M on its behalf.

Community College System of NH | Sold its 100,035 SF former Great Bay Community College building on 89.9 acres for $2.75M to an investor.

Southern New Hampshire University | Negotiated its 19,451 SF lease renewal worth more than $2.25M.

Riverwoods | Represesnted client in purchase of land for $1.45M for a continuing care retirement community.

Exeter Hospital | Negotiated lease of 5,673 SF of medical office space for $1.44M.

Wells Fargo Advisors | Negotiated a 5,783 SF lease renewal worth more than $1M.

Northeast Rehabilitation Health Network | Negotiated a 50 year ground lease worth more than $4.25M.

Capstone Development Co. | Sold 41 acres of land for student housing for $1.75M.

Comcast | Negotiated a 36,000 square foot lease renewal of industrial and office space worth more than $1.2M.
