I can’t thank you enough for the amazing amount of work you put into this deal. So unusual to do all the things you did for us. Definitely count on us for references going forward! - Addie Welch, Zenoss
“We had only two weeks to find a new location for our engineering team in Austin, David found and negotiated a great deal, helping with every part of the process including construction management, IT, etc. He went above and beyond to make our move a success. Not only did David work well with our team in the Boston area, he also championed the deal through its conclusion, overcoming any and all obstacles along the way. We greatly appreciate his dedication and focus on results!” - David Hauser, Co-Founder, Grasshopper
David went above and beyond our expectations of a Broker. Aside from finding and negotiating a great arrangement for SmartDog, he helped ensure that the many other variables of the move were handled professionally and efficiently. I can't imagine the amount of time we would have had to spend away from our core business if we had tried to handle this on our own. David continues to make himself available for help and professional advice regardless of whether or not a commission is involved. He is the only guy we would use for brokerage services in Austin. - Scott Elequin, SmartDog Services
I must tell you that I’m very impressed with your level of detail and involvement with your tenants. I rarely see that, most brokers disappear after the lease is signed and construction starts. You really provide a lot of input and I can tell your clients really value that. I really enjoy working with you. - Well respected Austin landlord
I highly recommend David. He was an excellent resource when we were searching for office space to house our new company. His knowledge was impressive, and the service was top notch. I look forward to working with David again - Michael Donnelly, McGowan, Donnelly & Oberheu, LLC.
David has represented our commercial real estate interest for the past 6 years, in which time we've worked together on multiple occasions, facilitating our rapid growth at Anue Systems. He's done this by first understanding our needs, and then crafting solutions for our growth based on those needs. We will continue working with David for many years to come, and highly recommend his services to other Tenants or Buyers in the Austin market.- Hemi Thaker, Anue Systems
I hired David to locate suitable office space (6,000 sq ft) for my law practice that I decided to move from my prior firm. David helped make a stressful (but exciting) time in my business go smoothly; David went above and beyond brokerage services during the transition. Recently, I asked David to become involved with expansion plans. Although the expansion plan fell through (no fault of David; he worked like a dog), he helped considerably with plan B: office renovations to accommodate a growing practice. I will hire David again; this time to represent me in purchasing an office building. I look forward to the process. - Jeff Abel, Abel-IP
David has been an amazing resource for us at Spacetime Studios. His attention to detail and willingness to go to the mat for the client have made him our one and only agent. We have used his services multiple times, and will continue to do so in the future. - Gary Gattis, SpaceTime Studios
I have been a happy client of David for years. David's deep knowledge of Austin's construction projects and office space that is coming up for lease makes him invaluable to anyone looking to locate their office here. David also has a great ability to coalesce the needs and wants of his clients into the perfect office relocation plan. Please consider working with David if you have any needs in commercial real estate. - Richard Bagdonas, Entrepreneur
David was my first call when we acquired an Atlanta-based company and relocated it to our home base of Austin in 2002. We were a two-person company at the time with minimal needs, but David always made us feel like we were his most important client. We've utilized his services several times over the past ten years as we've continued to grow. I can't emphasize enough how professional, knowledgeable and personable David is...he helps turn the unpleasant task of relocation into an enjoyable experience, and gets you a great deal in the process. - Jeff Brown, Smarty Security, Inc.
