About
Professional Summary
Concentrating on the suburban Chicago industrial market, I represent major developers, institutions and corporations in the acquisition, leasing, construction and disposition of industrial real estate. I have completed industrial transactions with a value exceeding $2.5 billion, resulting in my recognition as a Colliers top producer on numerous occasions.
With 32 years' experience, I enjoy sharing my knowledge by speaking at industry events and serving as a trusted source for the media, both web and print. I collaborate with Crain’s Chicago Business on a quarterly industrial market perspective and have been a regular guest on the publication’s “Chicago Business Today” webcast. I am a member of the SIOR faculty teaching Real Estate Ethics.
At Colliers, I am a principal of the firm and serve on the Executive Committee. I previously served on the Colliers USA Board of Directors and the Colliers USA Industrial Advisory Board. I served as a fee advisor for Walton Street Capital on its $2.7-billion purchase of the 23 million-square-foot CalWest industrial portfolio from RREEF in spring 2007.
