Dave is an Executive Vice President in the Dallas-Fort Worth office of Colliers. His primary focus is on companies that are experiencing significant revenue growth. Many of these companies have a new idea that are shaping the markets of tomorrow. Others have exceptional leadership and need to buy their competitors to add scale to their core business. The real estate component of these companies needs a trusted resource to navigate their real estate goals.

Dave brings over 13 years of experience as a real estate consultant. He has worked with companies as large as AT&T and Celanese to your local mom and pop shops. He brings a team approach to his transactions. If he needs to bring in subject specific experts, he is first to implement additional resources to an assignment.

Dave is actively involved in the Special Forces community in Dallas. He is a board and plank member of the High-Ground. The High Ground was founded by former Navy SEAL Clint Bruce, former Marine Force Recon AT Moore, and Navy SEAL Ben Williams. The group is focused on pairing military personnel with high-achieving CEOs through monthly gathering called Bullets and Bourbon.


Dave is also on the nominating committee for EY’s Entrepreneur of the Year. It is arguably the most prestigious business award in the world. He has a passion for researching and connecting with these CEOs that are making a significant impact in business and in their communities.

Accomplishments

Prior to joining Colliers International, David was a vice president at Emmitt Smith Realty Partners in Dallas, where he was one of the original members. He fostered a team approach for all transactions and pursuits while advising multiple clients. David was also Vice President at Dominus Commercial where he sourced debt and equity for multimillion-dollar acquisitions and off-market transactions for a regional bank.

Before entering commercial real estate, David worked for several years with Bear Stearns, Southwest Securities, and The Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

Education

Dave received a bachelor of economics degree from the University of Dallas in Economics and a General Course  Degree from the London School of Economics.
