Justin Whiteaker is the graphic design manager for Arizona and oversees the region’s team of talented creatives.
In addition to coordinating workflow among the marketing team to ensure projects fully meet requirements and are completed on schedule, he also creates, manages and updates print and digital marketing materials, including brochures, offering memorandums, websites, email campaigns and more. Justin’s high standards for quality and integrity result in impactful, best-in-class collateral that goes beyond the ordinary.
He brings a vast array of talent in graphic design, video production, print production, property marketing and platform training. His creativity, design expertise, communication skills and outstanding customer service translate into successful projects and results for Colliers and its clients.

Prior to joining Colliers, Justin was a marketing assistant and production designer for Kidder Mathews, where he produced property brochures, infographics, email marketing campaigns, and conducted market research in support of commercial real estate brokers.
His experience includes serving as a content production designer for Shutterfly, responsible for web content creation and backend integration of content into their interactive website.
Previously, Justin was a motion graphic designer for Quadmark, where he produced interactive, web-based training in Adobe Premiere, PowerPoint and (at the time) Adobe Flash, for high-profile clients.
As a freelance creative, Justin specialized in interactive design projects, animated web ads, print and catalog design, digital marketing, and web design and development.
As a client services coordinator for retail services with Colliers, Desiree Williams provides high-quality administrative, marketing and client services support. The team of brokers specialize in the sale and leasing of retail properties, representing landlords, tenants and investors.
As a resourceful and performance-driven professional, Desiree successfully manages multiple projects and tasks on behalf of the brokers. She is responsible for designing print and digital property marketing materials, drafting letters of intent, booking transaction vouchers, preparing correspondence, organizing and scheduling conference calls, coordinating broker and client meetings, and maintaining client activity reports. Desiree liaises with team members and other internal resources to create tour packages and prepare proposals.
Prior to joining Colliers, Desiree was a property administrator and administrative assistant with Cushman & Wakefield in Phoenix. She assisted with lease administration, bid proposals, service contracts, and monthly and quarterly property management reports.
Previously, Desiree was a senior facilities coordinator for InVentive Health in Ohio, where she coordinated building subcontractor activities, ensured regular maintenance and review of facilities for safety and structural concerns, and managed the security access control database.
Sarah Sheerer is a graphic designer for Arizona and is responsible for designing the experiences that help our clients see a new way forward.
Leveraging design as a way of articulating possibilities, solutions and vision, Sarah is well known for constantly delivering accurate, top-quality work for both internal and external clients.
In addition to her graphic design talents, Sarah naturally excels at refined grammar and syntax, is exceptionally personable and easy to engage with, as well as having an eagerness to learn and help elevate marketing efforts.
Sarah’s colleagues would describe her as attentive, goal oriented, enthusiastic, passionate, and ambitious toward new experiences. With her ability to design compelling narratives that motivate action with a compelling vision for the future, she has a proven track record for successfully guiding projects from concept to execution in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.

Sarah previously served as regional marketing intern for Colliers where she assisted in branding and logo design for property marketing, delivered social media strategy, and further developed her presentation and project management skills. Her intern experience with Colliers quickly acclimated her to commercial real estate, digital media and design, and integrated communications.
Prior to her internship at Colliers, Sarah served as a business development manager and was a member of the student leadership team at The Agency at UF in Gainesville, Florida, where she reported directly to the executive director with the responsibilities of developing client pitches, implemented creative and strategic reasoning, and developed marketing plans for all service offerings.
