I have a 36+ year history of development, construction and entrepreneural experience in a diverse product mix. My strong client relationships span from the institutional investor and developer to the business base that make Southwest Florida work. I am known for finding and capitalizing on the hidden values of the property and work within the market parameters at the time.
Through my experience in not only land and building sales but also project development, build-to-suit / lease and design build prospects, I take a holistic approach to client representation. My significant development projects today include Premier Airport Park for Principal Real Estate Investors. This institutional quality, class A distribution project totals 1,875,000 SF being constructed on a 225-acre campus.
With commercial brokerage experience and completed assignments ranging from income properties, development opportunities, syndication, REO disposition, site selection and owner user searches, I understand my role as your fiduciary.

In the 12 months from 10/18 to 10/19 My team and I sold 60% of the acreage in Cape Coral and generated 40% of the dollar volume
