Dan Bourk has more than 36 years of commercial real estate experience. His primary focus is the representation of tenants and owners in leasing retail properties. Dan has represented many clients in the Kansas City market as well as throughout much of the Midwest.
Dan joined the firm in 1998, and specializes in retail leasing and sales. Prior to joining, Dan was the President of Bourk Realty, Inc. which he began in 1992 and was a tenant representative for many national and local tenants. Before forming his own company, Dan was with the Leo Eisenberg Company, where he worked as a sales associate in the retail division. While there, Dan was a Member of the Metropolitan Kansas City Board of Realtors Million Dollar Club.
