Cristina has more than 11 years of experience in marketing, design and client services in the commercial real estate industry. As the Creative Manager for Colliers’ Southeast & Mid-Central Regions, Cristina works alongside the Director of Business Development & Strategic Resources on business development efforts by implementing best-in-class marketing initiatives and strategies for brokerage teams and clients.
Cristina provides creative direction for high-profile custom property marketing and brand development while also guiding the region’s creative efforts. She also coordinates with over 40 regional and local marketing team members to deliver high-standard branding and campaign solutions.
Education
Cristina began her career at Colliers Abood Wood Fay in 2011 as a Senior Marketing & Communications Coordinator where she worked alongside the investment sales team on property marketing and business development initiatives. She also worked with the Vice President of Marketing on communications and social media strategy for the firm. After an acquisition, Cristina transitioned with the Capital Markets team to Avison Young as a Senior Marketing Coordinator, where she prepared pitches, property marketing materials and created new marketing templates for the state. Most recently, Cristina worked at JLL where she supported the Miami Industrial team and their 15 million-square-foot portfolio. She oversaw all property marketing, new template creation and business development for the team.
Cristina attended Florida International University and Miami International University of Art & Design.

Kris has over eleven years of experience in client service and marketing in the commercial real estate industry. As the Director of Business Development and Strategic Resources for the Southeast and Mid-Central Regions, he is responsible for supporting a team of more than 100 skilled marketing and research experts across the region in 16 markets. He serves as a strategic business partner and advisor to the regional president, division leadership, managing directors, and markets.
Through his partnership with local and regional leadership teams, Kris uses creative strategies to elevate service while providing a consistent client experience and improving on our ability to mobilize our client strategy and business development opportunities.
Maile has over five years experience in marketing and client services in the commercial real estate industry. As the Business Development and Content Strategy Manager for the Southeast and Mid-Central regions, she works alongside the Director of Business Development & Strategic Resources and the Creative Manager on business development efforts by implementing best-in-class marketing initiatives and content strategies for brokerage teams and clients.
Maile leads the content strategy for high-profile property campaigns and business development pursuits. Additionally, she works with regional and local marketing and research team members in developing effective marketing strategies and toolkits for social media and PR, as well as helping to identify new marketing opportunities that promote brand awareness and help win new business.
