"I would like to thank Creighton Stark and convey our highest level of satisfaction with the outstanding service he provided during our recent sale of two office assets and the land adjacent to which located in Irving, Texas. Creighton led the entire sales process. Given the stagnant market at the time as well as a number of transaction specific issues, this was not an easy brokerage assignment, but he was successful in quickly securing a credible buyer and assisting us in closing the transaction at our expected sales price in a very short timeframe. Creighton inserted himself into the sale process from the beginning and played a significant role in developing a cohesive sales strategy and in helping to review and revise all contracts and correspondence. Mr. Stark always acted in the best interest of closing the deal on time and at a fair price. Creighton is highly competent and diligent and extremely efficient. I highly recommend Creighton Stark and we will certainly continue to work with him in the future."
Lincoln Financial Group
"Capital Commercial Investments wishes to thank Creighton for many jobs well done. His hard work and skill have been ideally suited to the task of closing many of our more difficult transactions despite the fact that they were completely different in nature. In closing even our more difficult transactions in every case Creighton was able to close on the first attempt. We are particularly impressed with the speed of his ability to set the stage for these sales. In an environment where many others have failed he has been successful. We have a great admiration and respect for the high level of ethics, professionalism and tenacity he embodies. I will without doubt recommend Creighton Stark to anyone wishing to acquire or dispose of commercial office properties."
