I have been with Colliers since 1995, specializing in site selection, land brokerage and the sale of retail/owner-occupied properties. I have completed over 450 transactions with a cumulative value in excess of $350 million.
My niche and expertise are in land valuation, planning and the entitlement process in order to enhance value for land owners. I have extensive zoning efforts, permitting, consultation and predevelopment issues associated with area muncipalities and the South Carolina Department of Transportation.Transportation.
Since joining Colliers, I have enjoyed many successes and achieved recognition as a Life Member of Central Carolina REALTORS® Association’s Commercial Circle of Excellence and was awarded CCRA’s Top Sales Agents in 2009, 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2020. I have received Colliers | South Carolina’s Top 10 Producers Award thirteen times, the President’s Award, which recognizes outstanding achievement, and Sales Associate of the Year for highest sales volume. In 2016, I was recognized by Colliers U.S. in its Everest Club, which recognizes the top ten percent of all Colliers brokers nationally and internationally for revenue generation. I am a 1998 graduate of Leadership Columbia and was also named to The State Newspaper’s “20 Under 40” in 2010.
I am a graduate of Washington and Lee University, where I received my Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with Attainments in Commerce.
Prior to joining Colliers | South Carolina, I worked in banking for two years.

As an active member of my community, I have served on The City of Columbia Planning Commission, the United Way of the Midlands and as a past Chairman of the Sisters of Charity Foundation of South Carolina.
I focus on retail land and site selection brokerage. I assess the needs of my clients, analyze the market for opportunities and guide them through the decision-making process that results in the selection of the best locations for their business. Typically, this requires attention to location, visibility, ingress/egress, pricing, zoning, signage, individual market trends, market footprints and overall feasibility, among many other factors that are important and unique to each client.
My number one priority is delivering the best service to my clients. I pride myself in being an asset in finding a solution to a client’s need and define my own success through the success of my clients.
Senior Brokerage Associate
As a Senior Brokerage Associate with Colliers | South Carolina and a member of the land and commercial brokerage team, my primary focus is on the sale of large land tracts for development, recreational use and timber production. I work with various groups of clients, from investors to tract builders and farmers and hunters.
I pride myself on being someone who, once committed, sees tasks through to the end. Land sales can be notoriously complicated with many ups and downs, yet my clients know that I will advance their interests at every turn. It is this reliability that makes me indispensable to both investors and users. I take a keen interest in transitional land tracts that may be in the path of growth and are subject to an evolving higher and better use.
