Over his twenty-nine year career, Craig has negotiated in excess of a thousand transactions worth over $8 billion in consideration. Craig specializes in providing leasing, selling and consulting services to tenants and institutional property owners.

Craig is a member of the Association of Silicon Valley Brokers (ASVB) and of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR).

Membership in SIOR is by invitation only and earned by tenured performance in the industry and strict adherence to the highest standards of professional ethics. The SIOR designation ensures a level of brokerage expertise unmatched by competing brokers in local, regional and national markets. Craig is a Past President of the Executive Committee for the Northern California Chapter of SIOR.

Craig has also earned his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation from the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute (CIREI) by completing relevant studies in Finance, Marketing and Decision Analysis for Commercial Investment Real Estate and subsequently passing the requisite exam.

Craig is a graduate of the University of Southern California, where he received a B.S. in Business Administration in 1985. Upon graduation, Craig immediately went to work in commercial real estate after being offered a position at Blickman Turkus (now known as Cassidy Turley). In 1988, Craig moved to J.R. Parrish, Inc., which is now Colliers International, in order to better serve his expanding high technology client base. In 1995, Craig became a principal of Colliers International and was selected by the Board of Directors as the Director of Territory Management for the Silicon Valley for Colliers International for four years. The position assures that all information is properly acquired, updated and maintained in the company’s database, so the clientele can be consistently and immediately apprised of market conditions specific to their property status.

Craig & his wife, Jill, reside in Los Gatos with their 5 children.
