Jason Dodge is a Utah County native specializing in office sales, leasing and investment deals. Through his hard work and dedication, he has developed a reputation for helping clients reach their long-term goals through a customized approach to understanding needs and achieving desired results. Jason has the skills, drive and experience necessary to assure his clients are satisfied with every transaction. Jason has an extensive background in sales and marketing, making him a natural when it comes to the nuances of putting together real estate transactions. Having worked in property management, he has a unique outlook on the financial issues of commercial real estate. He uses that understanding when working with business owners and dealing with the complexities that can arise when making real estate decisions. Whether purchasing, selling or leasing properties, Jason knows what businesses need and how to help them achieve all of their objectives. Jason recognizes the importance of knowing the necessary information of all sides for every deal and he takes the time to work out the best scenario and solution for all parties involved. Richard Dodge has always been passionate about commercial real estate. His father was an acknowledged real estate professional and sparked a significant interest in Richard to pursue an education in investment. Richard has gone on to have a successful career in real estate, first helping entrepreneurs successfully start their businesses and going on to become a Utah County specialist in the sale and leasing of property, land and investments. Richard’s expertise enables him to accommodate any client during all stages of their investment journey.
Having lived in Utah County for most of his life, Richard has a strong understanding of the market. He resolves all the needs of his clients with great attention to customer service and extensive market knowledge. Richard is part of the Dodge-Rossi team at Colliers International, which has seen enormous success through more than 50 years of combined experience.
Dave joins Colliers with over 30 years of commercial real estate experience covering a broad spectrum of expertise. He has completed transactions across the country, bringing a wealth of knowledge from markets in North Carolina, Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, Arizona, California and Utah. Dave prides himself in being able to provide a wide array of opportunities and choices for his clients.
Before joining Colliers, Dave was senior vice president at RB Brokerage’s Real Estate Advisory Group, where he helped clients make informed decisions and met all their real estate needs, turning single transactions into long-term business partnerships.

Scott has proven to be a dynamic and knowledgeable force in the commercial real estate industry, focusing his efforts on seller/landlord and buyer/tenant representation and honing his skills in win-win transactions. He has worked in all areas of commercial real estate, including leasing, sales, investment, and development.
Throughout his career, Scott has gained an in-depth knowledge of the ins and outs of Utah County commercial real estate as well as an ability to predict tenant needs. Notable projects include the design, development, and leasing of Steelpoint Business Park, an 85,000-square-foot office and warehouse development in Vineyard, Utah, and the design, development, and leasing of Cubby Retail, a 9,000-square-foot retail building in American Fork, Utah. As well as the disposition of over 50,000 square feet of various retail properties throughout Utah for an out-of-state owner.
Before joining Colliers International, Chris Kirk joined CBC Advisors in early 2017 as managing director of the newly expanded downtown Salt Lake City office. As an office specialist, Chris believes in the value of long-term relationships. Close attention to client requirements is the foundation of his career in the commercial real estate industry. Chris earns he trust and confidence of his clients through hard work, dedication and effective performance. He is particularly interested in locating businesses new to Utah market.
Prior to joining CBC Advisors, Chris was consistently a top five producer at Cushman & Wakefield | Commerce in Salt Lake City. Over two decades of experience in the commercial real estate business enables Chris to bring real estate transactions to timely and successful completion. He knows the Utah office market, and he recognized both the problems and the opportunities present at all points of the market cycle. In 2009, Chris was recognized for significant transaction per square foot leased in a down economy.
Chris is among a select group of commercial real estate agents who have achieved the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) designation. He is the current Utah Chapter President and is the current Trustee for the SIOR Foundation. He has also taught commercial real estate continuing education courses and is honored to be presenting the Utah Office Market Report at the 2019 National Association of Industrial and Office Professionals (NAIOP) Commercial Real Estate Symposium. Chris is a board member of the Alliance House, a non-profit public service organization, where he lead the housing committee addressing homelessness.
A graduate of the University of Utah, Chris has studied in Europe. He is a global traveler and an avid skier, fly fisher, mountaineer and surfer. For over ten years Chris has organized an annual ski event for industry professionals and clients to gather from around the country, build relationships and ski Utah resorts. Chris draws on a wide range of experience to understand his clients and serve their commercial real estate interests. He and his wife Johanna enjoy living in Utah, where they are raising their twin teen daughters.
