Professional Summary
Cory joined the Colliers International San Francisco Peninsula Office in 2017 and is part of the National Multifamily and Investment Sales Group. Prior to joining Colliers, Cory spent over ten years with Marcus & Millichap as a top agent specializing in acquisitions, dispositions, and exchanges of investment properties. Cory launched the Lender’s Asset Group, which focused on the disposition of bank-owned properties across the country. In 2015, Cory formed a Low Income Housing Tax Credit Group working closely with non-profit groups specializing in converting market rate multi-housing projects to affordable housing in the greater Bay Area. Cory prioritizes his time on acquisitions and dispositions of investment properties in the East Bay and Silicon Valley.
Cory was ranked #1 REO agent in 2008-2012, Top Deal Maker in 2010 and received numerous sales recognition awards for Outstanding Performance from 2009-2015. Cory was the recipient of the Collier's Gold Achievement Award in 2017 & Collier's Platinum Achievement Award in 2019. Known for serving as a trusted business partner, Cory has established a reputation built on providing an unprecedented level of support and commitment to his clients.
Prior to his career in real estate, Cory taught English in Vietnam and China. Cory completed his dual Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and Art History from the University of California, Santa Cruz where he graduated Cum Laude.
When he is not working, Cory is the Head Coach for the Castro Valley Soccer Club. He resides in Castro Valley with his wife Ranya, son Braden, and daughter Sarah.
