About
Professional Summary
With a focus on tenant representation in the downtown Chicago office market, I have gained an extensive understanding of the real estate leasing process. My practice focuses on providing counsel for a diverse group of clients including law, consulting, marketing, financial services, trading and technology firms. With 16 years’ experience, I am an expert in developing and executing real estate strategies which maximize my clients’ economic outcomes, all while ensuring real estate is always aligned with the company’s short and long-term business operating objectives.
Prior to joining Colliers International, I spent nine years at Transwestern as senior vice president where I specialized in tenant representation. I began my real estate career at Insignia/ESG and later CB Richard Ellis following the merger of those two firms.

Testimonials
"We have been a client of Corby Marx for over 10 years. I have never worked with a stronger team with more integrity that represents our interests exclusively. They strive to build long-term relationships not a transaction. Not a month goes by where I receive a call from other agencies that represent lessors and they pitch their edge on the market and how they are going to save us money. I tell them we work with Corby and they politely say, "you are in good hands." I believe it is important to work with individuals who are respected by their peers.
We will continue to be a long-standing relationship of this firm and this team!"
