Colin Penny works in the Industrial division for the Dallas-Fort Worth office of Colliers International as an Associate. Mr. Penny is responsible for industrial leasing and sales assignments throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth market representing both landlords and tenants. His extensive knowledge, experience, and customer focus makes him a key addition to the Industrial Services group at Colliers.
Prior to joining Colliers, Colin began his career as an Analyst at Stream Realty Partners in Dallas. There, he worked on their industrial team specializing in leasing, tenant representation and acquisitions/disposition in the South Stemmons market. In 2018, Colin graduated from Louisiana State University with a BBA from the E.J. Ourso College of Business. As a student at LSU, he was involved in many campus organizations while interning at a boutique real estate firm in Baton Rouge. Colin is a Louisiana native and an avid sports fan.

Greg focuses on the leasing and sales of low-rise office, high-tech, office/showroom, and office/warehouse space. He also sells land for developers and build-to-suit clients.
As a 40-year commercial real estate veteran, Greg has built a career in industrial leasing and sales throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth market. He has been focused on landlord and principal ownership side since 1981 with a concentration working on behalf of owners, which has created a loyal portfolio of investors and developers including GE Capital, Prologis, and The Grocers Supply. He has completed over 5,000 acres of land sales for developers and investors and brings a strong background in investment portfolio sales of industrial property.
Major landlord representation projects include 1.1M SF former Tom Thumb distribution center in Garland, 1M SF portfolio for Prologis in Brook Hollow-Stemmons market, and the and 85 acres of area sales, in the Love Field market. He is currently overseeing portfolio investors who own and control 3M SF of property throughout Dallas-Fort Worth. This landlord representation allows him to be completely immersed and knowledgeable in all market activity throughout numerous market segments.
