With more than two decades of commercial real estate experience and a background in law and finance, Mr. Wolf has developed a reputation as an expert negotiator, structuring large complex transactions backed by the financial forecasting and analysis necessary to secure superior results for his clients. He has negotiated more than 6 million square feet of real estate transactions in the Washington, DC market on behalf of corporations, professional service firms, government contractors, trade associations and nonprofit organizations, including multiple Fortune 100 companies and other notable clients, such as the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve, Marriott International and AARP.
Mr. Wolf formally served as counsel to the Committee on Energy and Commerce for the US House of Representatives.
The Commercial Real Estate Brokerage Association of Greater Washington DC (CREBA) recognized Mr. Wolf with its prestigious Leasing Transaction of the Year award, for his work on the joint venture development and subsequent headquarters lease on behalf of the American Trucking Associations.
Outside of work, Mr. Wolf is an active fundraiser for the American Diabetes Association and Roswell Park Cancer Research Institute, as well as a competitive participant in short and long course triathlons, having multiple Ironman finishes in the U.S., Canada and Europe.
