John Erickson is a Senior Vice President focusing on industrial, office and medical real estate in the Los Angeles, North submarket. With more than 30 years of tenure, John has extensive experience in sale and lease transactions from both landlord and tenant perspectives. In addition, John has worked with numerous developer and investor clients to deliver new ground up industrial, office and medical projects to market. John’s focus is to build long-term relationships with his clients and work closely with them to create unique solutions to their complex real estate decisions.
John has negotiated thousands of transactions for millions of square feet and received many performance awards. But he measures his success by some of his more challenging transactions: the sale of a 185,000-square-foot building in Valencia to Chick-fil-A for its lemon processing facility; consolidation of Sunvair Aerospace Group’s machining and plating facilities into a 75,000-square-foot building located in Santa Clarita; consolidation and expansion of CC Wellness into a 214,000-square-foot manufacturing and distribution facility located in Santa Clarita; the sale of an 88,000-square-foot building in Newbury Park to Taft Electric company for relocation of their corporate headquarters; and the sale of Cotton Medical Center in Pasadena, comprised of two mid-rise medical office buildings of approximately 115,000 square feet, to Meridian Property Company.
