Mr. Cuddy joined Colliers International in March of 2018 as an Executive Vice President on the Urban Brokerage Team. For the previous twenty-four years, he worked at CBRE/New England as an Executive Vice President and Partner in their urban group. He is a trusted advisor and consultant for companies’ real estate needs, locally, domestically and abroad.  After many years as the lead agency broker for many of Boston's premier office towers (One Boston Place, 100 Federal Street, 225 Franklin Street, 60 State Street, 125 Summer Street), Chris decided that his occupier clients would be better served by only representing Tenants.
