Chris Thenemann serves as a Senior Director in Colliers International's Valuation & Advisory Services practice based in the San Francisco office, which primarily covers the nine San Francisco Bay Area counties and extends to the greater Northern California, Central Coast, and Central Valley regions.
He is a senior-level real estate professional with over 15 years of experience performing valuation and advisory services for real estate and hospitality groups, insurance companies, REITs, developers, corporations, and government agencies. His valuation experience includes office, retail, multifamily, industrial, hotels, subdivisions, as well as special use properties such as senior housing and healthcare facilities.
Prior to joining Colliers in 2022, Chris was a Senior Manager with EY's Real Estate Strategy & Transactions practice in which he provided advisory services including: financial analyses, ARGUS and cashflow modeling, portfolio modeling, loan underwriting, and cost benchmarking as well as asset and market due diligence. Chris also performed valuations and reviews of domestic and international assets, including properties in China, Japan, Canada, Mexico, South America, and across Europe for tax and financial reporting purposes (e.g., ASC 805, ASC 820, ASC 840, ASC 842, etc.). Chris had also previously worked as a senior commercial real estate appraiser at CBRE and The Property Sciences Group, both located in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Since 2004, Jessica Park has specialized in commercial valuations including appraisal review experience for a financial institution. Jessica joined Colliers International Valuation & Advisory Services in 2017 as a Senior Valuation Specialist for the San Francisco Office, providing appraisal and consulting services for lending (Conventional, HUD/FHA, Fannie Mae & Freddie Mac), development feasibility, tax appeal and foreclosure support.
Matthew Roby is a Senior Valuation Specialist in the San Francisco Office of Colliers International Valuation & Advisory Services.
Since 2012, Mr. Roby has provided appraisal and consulting services for lending (Conventional, SBA, HUD, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac), development feasibility, litigation support, tax appeal, and foreclosure support for a multitude of property types, proposed and existing, including but not limited to:
Multifamily (Conventional/Affordable/Senior), Mixed-Use, General Retail, Shopping Centers, Restaurants, Net Lease, Office, Medical, Industrial/Flex/R&D, Agricultural, Ranches, Vineyards, Land, Residential Subdivisions, Air Rights, Partial Interest, Lodging, Single-Room Occupancy Facilities (SROs), etc.
Currently Mr. Roby primarily specializes in both real estate only and going concern valuations of Gas Station/Convenience Store, Car Wash and Long-Term Healthcare (Residential Care) Facilities.
