Chris Stickney, MAI, is currently the Associate Managing Director of the Boston office for the Colliers Valuation & Advisory Services team, which includes professionals covering all of New England. Mr. Stickney is also the leader for the Northeast Region of the Colliers Hotel Valuation National Practice Group, which includes professionals covering New England, New York, the Mid-Atlantic, and Virginias. Mr. Stickney is also part of the National Portfolio Management Team. He has prepared appraisal reports for a wide variety of clients, and has extensive experience with all major property types, including multifamily residential, retail, industrial, and office. Specialized experience includes hospitality/lodging, marina, golf course, large tract development, and other special purpose properties.
Mr. Stickney’s focus of providing timely, accurate, and credible appraisal and consulting services to clients is one of the key factors to the Boston Office and National Hotel Team success.
Mr. Stickney leverages his prior experience as a big box retail store manager to foster peer engagement, strong client service skills, and an enthusiasm for obtaining continual success in a fast paced environment. Mr. Stickney is a state-certified appraiser in Massachusetts, Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Rhode Island, Connecticut, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Washington D.C., and Virginia.

Mr. Taunton-Rigby serves as a Senior Valuation Specialist at Colliers International’s Boston office providing valuation & advisory services throughout the New England region. Prior to joining Colliers in October 2014, he spent eight years working for the New England branch of Cushman & Wakefield, Inc. where he formerly began his career as an appraiser in May 2012.
Mr. Taunton-Rigby’s appraisal experience includes properties of all types and varying levels of complexity from small single-tenant office buildings to $250 million suburban office parks and CBD
office towers. He has gained experience in the valuation of many property types including multifamily, retail, office, and industrial uses. He has appraised automotive dealerships, service stations,
gas stations, convenience stores, self-storage facilities, schools, parking garages, land, and single-family residential homes. Mr. Taunton-Rigby has experience with portfolio valuations, eminent domain cases and has worked on several litigation cases involving the division of private assets.
Mr. Taunton-Rigby has been a member of the Colliers Valuation Self-Storage National Practice Group since 2015 and has completed over 300 self storage appraisals. He has completed appraisal assignments in Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Maine, New Hampshire, New York, Vermont, and Virginia.
