Chris Reid specializes in all aspects of selling and leasing office buildings in addition to representing office tenants in their search for office and high-tech space. Chris Reid also assists companies in organizing and developing their real estate strategies and systems by utilizing Colliers’ full range of services. 

During his 25+ year real estate career at Colliers, Chris has successfully closed more than 1,000 lease transactions and 30 sales transactions, representing property owners and tenants. Since joining Colliers, Chris has been awarded for being a Colliers Puget Sound Annual Top 10 Performer on 10 occasions. He also received national recognition from Colliers through the Awards of Excellence designation on three separate occasions.


Chris Reid’s focus is to represent regional corporations with growth in the greater Pacific Northwest. An example of this is he was instrumental in the continued growth of John L. Scott Real Estate throughout the Pacific Northwest from 2004 - 2010. Chris successfully negotiated and completed over 20 branch and corporate office renewals, expansions or relocations totalling 150,000 square feet with a combined lease consideration of approximately $25,000,000 from 2004 - 2010.  Chris also represented Merrill Lynch on an exclusive basis for the state of Washington from 2003 to 2010, negotiating more 150,000 SF of new locations and/or renewals throughout the state.

Reid has represented several extremely successful local and national companies from the financial services industry to software and wireless industries.
