With more than 10 years of experience in the Las Vegas industrial real estate market, Mr. Lane works with clients such as Link Industrial Properties, Prologis, Black Creek Group, Panattoni Development Company, Becknell Industrial, and CapRock Partners. Chris has handled multiple REO dispositions for Bank of Las Vegas, Wells Fargo Bank, Bank of America and City National Bank.
Mr. Lane is experienced in all phases of industrial real estate including multi-tenant project leasing, tenant representation, industrial land sales, and industrial investment sales.

Mr. Lane supports the Colliers International Links for Life Charity that provides children in need in Southern Nevada with medical services and monetary contributions. He is also an active participant of the Rose Regatta Dragon Boat Festival. This is an annual charitable event that supports those affected by breast cancer.
Education
Before joining Colliers International, Chris was the office and medical office researcher for CBRE-Las Vegas. Chris’ primary objectives and responsibilities were to collect, maintain and distribute Las Vegas commercial real estate data pertaining to office, industrial and medical office properties. Chris generated the Las Vegas Office and Medical Office Construction and Vacancy Reports. These reports were published on a quarterly basis and distributed globally. Prior to his commercial real estate career, Chris owned and operated his own business for more than 10 years. Mr. Lane developed and implemented marketing and sales campaigns, managed accounts payables and receivables, supervised employees and ran all aspects of his business. As a prior business owner, Chris knows what it takes to run a company and is able to relate to his clients as they make real estate decisions. Mr. Lane’s education includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern California. He is also a licensed real estate agent in Nevada.

Doherty Industrial Group (DIG) at Colliers International has a combined 70+ years of experience marketing industrial real estate properties in the Las Vegas Valley and during the past 24 - months the team has brokered over 6.1M square feet of industrial property. Our clients include Panattoni, Prologis, TA Associates, Matter Real Estate Group, Juliet Properties, EJM Development, Becknell, Link, Invesco, EastGroup, Caprock, Black Creek, MCA Realty, and RC Willey Home Furnishings to name a few.
Paul Sweetland has specialized in sales, leasing, sale leasebacks, landlord/tenant representation, seller/buyer representation, development consultation, investment sales, bank REO representation, and marketing of industrial properties since 1998 giving him over 23 years of experience in all aspects of industrial real estate. In the last 5 years alone, Paul has been involved in 889 sale and lease transactions totaling 35 million square feet with a total consideration of $2.5 Billion.
Paul’s market knowledge and expertise as well as being licensed in both Nevada and Arizona has allowed him to work alongside some of the largest institutional clients, and developers as well as smaller individual private clients. Paul is an active member of both NAIOP and SIOR as well as a partner of the Doherty Industrial Group. In his free time Paul enjoys spending time with his wife, and five children while continuing to support the Southern Nevada community through numerous charities and volunteer efforts.
Jerry Doty is currently a Senior Vice President in the Industrial Division of Colliers International. Jerry has been a member of the Doherty Industrial Group since joining Colliers International in 2012. The Doherty Industrial Group has been one of the top producing Industrial teams in Las Vegas for over a decade.
With 8 years of experience, Mr. Doty specializes in the sale and leasing of Industrial properties throughout Southern Nevada. Mr. Doty’s role includes representing owners and tenants in purchasing and leasing of all industrial product types. Mr. Doty has had the opportunity to work with clients such asPrologis, GLP, Panattoni Development Company, Matter Real Estate, Juliet Properties, Muscle & Strength, Christie Lites and Kate Spade to name a few.
Jerry is a lifelong Las Vegas resident andenjoys spending time with his wife and three children. Jerry is an active member in the Southern Nevada NAIOP chapter, SIOR and a supporter of the Links for Life Foundation, a charity that provides medical services and monetary contributions to underprivilegedchildren in Southern Nevada.
