Since 2002 Chris has completed more than 500+ Retail Lease & Sale transactions throughout Chicago.
Prior to joining Colliers, Chris served as an SVP with Jameson Commercial and Managing Director for SVN Chicago. Chris was instrumental in forming SVN Chicago with former Sussex & Reilly agents.
I was most recently a Senior Vice President of Retail Sales & Leasing with Jameson Commercial Real Estate. In my nearly 10 years with the company, I was a consistent top producer and ranked number one in “Most Transactions” in 2014 and top five in “Total Volume” in 2015. In 2016, I was the firm’s top producer. Voted Crain’s Most Influential Commercial Real Estate Brokers in Chicago in 2017. Notable deals include the $10.1 million sale of 8-12 W. Division Street in Chicago.
Chris is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Chicago Association of Realtors Commercial Forum Committee, Lakeview Chamber of Commerce Planning and Development Committee.
Chris earned a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University. Chris resides in Glencoe with his wife and three children.

My Team
I am currently a Client Services Coordinator for seven brokers within Colliers Industrial Advisory Group: Executive Vice President's Vern Schultz, and Mike Senner, Senior Vice President Charles Canale, Vice Presidents, Todd Steffen and Peter Bourke and Associates, Alex Kritt and Katalina Villalpando. In this role, l provide exceptional internal sales support to my brokerage team and our clients through efficient and high quality administrative, marketing and general support services. I assist on projects such as presentation and proposal support; listing preparation; transaction administration; gathering market knowledge through various internal and external resources and coordinating promotional and post-sales marketing materials.
Brad Belden is a senior vice president of Colliers | Chicago’s Retail Sales & Leasing group working to expand the firm’s retail services platform in the region.
Brad has been selling, leasing, and managing commercial real estate in Chicago since 2004. In 2012, he began focusing on retail leasing and sales, specializing in landlord and tenant representation. Through the successful cultivation of his own book of business in a competitive landscape, he has closed over 150 deals over 500,000 SF. With a unique ownership mentality, Brad ensures all client objectives are met and the optimal value is achieved for each property.
Brad focuses on enhancing and maintaining property level fundamentals to maximize returns for all stakeholders. He takes a hands-on approach and views real estate transactions through the lens of his clients.
