Facility specialization for the team includes refrigerated warehousing, freezer and cooler distribution, food processing and dry food distribution facilities. The Team's expertise in coordinating all technical experts, vendors, and consultants involved in the real estate process has earned them long-term and multi-market assignments with leading food organizations.

Chris' experience serving as head of the Team has earned him a solid national and local client base and prepared him well to understand the unique requirements of food distributors, manufacturers and processors and to deliver the best service possible.

Prior to joining Colliers, Chris worked at Virtual Premises with responsibility for business development. "Chris isn't an order taker, he's an order getter. Instead of waiting and hoping the right thing would come along, Chris went looking for it. He found a situation where the tenants of a building that was actually perfect for us were not in the best situation they could in. So he made a deal that worked for all of us and we were able to acquire the asset." - Harry Norris, Howell's Motor Freight

"Chris made the process quick, simple and painless. Because of his experience, he asked the right questions, had the right connections, and made all the right introductions. He is very knowledgeable about our industry and that's a difference maker. I was very fortunate to find him. Chris quickly got us into a temporary public storage facility and then went to work to find the right long-term solution. He narrowed down the options to only those that were viable solutions. I spent less than a week in the market selecting the building we purchased. There was no time wasted. Everything about the experience was positive. I'd recommend Chris in a heartbeat - and in fact, I already have." - Tony Sofo, Sofo Foods
