Cheryl Tyndall is a Senior Director at Colliers on the Corporate Solutions Project Management team. Cheryl oversees several global and regional accounts including CoreCivic, where she provides oversight of its national program which spans over 50+ potential projects.
Cheryl has an extensive career in commercial interior design, construction, procurement and program management in the U.S. and Canada. Most recently she was the Vice President of Design/Construction and Procurement for Serendipity Labs, a franchise network of co-working locations.
Her project experience ranges from new buildouts, renovations and relocations, as well as custom client projects. She has managed team members across North America and overseen a large volume of projects beginning with due diligence, through space planning and design, procurement, construction completion and close-out. Prior to joining Colliers, she served as the Vice President of Design and Construction at IWG (Regus/Spaces) a global co-working provider, for over twenty years. She has also previously worked for two large general contractors, StructureTone and Turner Construction respectively.
She excels in overseeing the program management of a high volume of projects on challenging budgets and tight schedules, team building, vendor relationship management, managing the entire space planning and design process, and process and policy creation and implementation. For the past twenty years, she's opened more than 575 new locations and managed over 1,100 renovations. While at Serendipity Labs, she was responsible for company locations, as well as franchise locations, so she's experienced in having to deliver on time and within budget to clients. Project values have ranged from $50,000 to $10,000,000.
