My Team
Mr. Osvold joined the Colliers Southwest suburban team in the summer of 2018. He has spent his entire career focusing his area of expertise within Southwest Massachusetts, which has allowed him to establish a large client network. Mr. Osvold is a trusted advisor and consultant to his clients in the leasing, sale and acquisition of office, flex, industrial, and land asset classes. Throughout his career, he has been involved in over 10 million square feet of transactions.
Prior to joining Colliers, Mr. Osvold served as a Vice President at NAI Hunneman on the Suburban Brokerage team, one of the top producing teams at the firm.
As a broker with the Southwest team at Colliers, I represent a variety of landlords and tenants across all product types, including office, industrial and flex. My clients range from national corporations to small business owners, all of whom rely on me for market knowledge as well as my level headedness, creativity and determination.
Prior to joining Colliers in 2018, I spent my first two years out of college as a member of the leasing and advisory team at NAI Hunneman. This experience, coupled with my Economics and Finance degree from Bentley University, allowed me to develop a strong foundation in the many different facets of commercial real estate.
One of my favorite parts of my job is seeing my clients grow and succeed. Knowing that I play a vital role in deciding where a company calls “home” is extremely rewarding.
When I am not helping clients with their commercial real estate needs, I enjoy golf, going to concerts and spending time in Maine.
As a senior leader and real estate advisor on the Southwest team, I represent a diverse group of office, flex, and manufacturing/industrial tenants and landlords, striving to craft the best solutions for their business, real estate, and overall economic needs. Born and raised in Norwood, I truly enjoy seeing the evolution of the markets where I grew up, and witnessing the constant reinvention of buildings and emergence of new companies.
Prior to joining Colliers in 2014, I spent seven years at Cushman and Wakefield, focusing on the metrowest market and its dynamic product and tenant mix. That experience afforded me the opportunity to fully immerse myself in a territory and build a strong foundation of market knowledge. Now, continuing in that same territory, I can leverage my expertise to offer my clients the highest level of service.
I appreciate continuous opportunities to work with great team members, both within Colliers as well as with my clients’ organizations. Away from the office, I have a love for golf and spending time with my family. I am highly committed to my position on the board of JB’s Keys to DMD, an organization focused on unlocking the doors to awareness, quality care, treatments, and research for Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy.
As a brokerage advisor focused on the suburban markets southwest of Boston, I diligently represent both landlords and tenants in their endeavors to lease office and/or industrial space. I enjoy problem solving and have translated that skill – along with my hard work ethic and overall ambition – into defining qualities that make me a better advisor to my clients.
Prior to joining Colliers, I worked in advertising for the Tampa Bay Lightning and then as a residential buyer’s agent with Jebb & Driggin Realty. Though seemingly different roles, the two experiences both afforded me great opportunities to challenge myself, resulting in a broadened scope of my overall business and service expertise. At Jebb & Driggin, I advised clients through the home buying process, which offered many similarities to the tenant representation model I now implement at the commercial level.
With ever-changing market conditions, I appreciate my regular interaction with my immediate Southwest team as well as my other Colliers colleagues, all of whom make me a more well-rounded, knowledgeable advisor. An encouraging atmosphere with motivated individuals appealed to me from the start at Colliers and remains one of the most satisfying parts of my job, second only to seeing the tangible results of my work with clients unfold. With continued success and engaging relationships, I remain hungry and motivated, ready to creatively solve the next problem that comes my way.
Tenants, landlords, and property owners depend on me for informed and honest advice about their real estate needs in Boston’s 128 and 495 south suburban markets. Working in unison with the Southwest team, I assist our clients in making thoughtful and cost-effective decisions in a leasing and investment market that has become increasingly dynamic in recent years.
I grew up in a family rooted in the real estate industry with our dinner table conversations often revolving around landlords and tenants in the market, so real estate has been in my genes – so to speak – for most of my life. Always keeping those interests in mind, I received my bachelor’s degree from Hobart William Smith College and then began my career at Rasky Baerlein where I managed permitting and community relations for development projects, but soon discovered that my true interest lied in the transaction side of the business. To help with the transition, I decided to earn my MBA in corporate finance from Babson College, with a focus in real estate and operations. In 2013, while simultaneously completing my courses at Babson, I joined the suburban brokerage leasing team at Colliers International where I have been able to combine my long-standing passion for real estate with my corporate finance expertise. This combination has helped tremendously in advising clients seeking to reduce their overall real estate costs and improve their bottom line.
I have always been a believer in the power of teamwork and collaboration, and this was a big factor in my decision to join the Southwest team at Colliers. When a client hires me as an advisor, I can tell them with confidence that they are not only hiring me, but they are hiring six experienced and diverse individuals who have the knowledge, support and resources of a top tier real estate company. In an undeniably competitive industry, our matchless team chemistry offers a true differentiator because it gives clients the opportunity to leverage our individual disciplines and skillsets to achieve their business goals.
As a senior brokerage advisor focused on the suburban markets southwest of Boston, I have the pleasure of representing both tenants and landlords in their efforts to lease office and industrial space. Since joining Colliers in September of 2017, I’ve learned the ins and outs of real estate markets from a team of experienced and highly regarded real estate professionals. I’ve found that being on a team with such a substantial amount of landlord assignments has given me an advantage in regard to learning the dynamic suburban office and industrial landscape.
Prior to joining Colliers, I was a full-time undergraduate student at Boston College, where I majored in Economics. In the summer going into my freshman and sophomore years at BC, I interned at Wallace Capital, a private finance company that provides loans and joint venture equity to real estate investors and developers. I then was fortunate to intern for the following two summers at Northbridge Partners, a Boston based firm focused on real estate investments throughout the Northeast Region. It was at Wallace Capital and Northbridge Partners where I truly developed my passion for real estate, and I’m extremely thankful that I can continue to develop my real estate career at an established firm like Colliers.

Prior to joining Colliers, Ms. Bachman served as a Client Services Coordinator at NAI Hunneman for 4 years.
