She has spent over 33 years working in this industry, specializing in the leasing and sale of industrial, office and R&D properties in the Greater Boston South Suburban Region.  Ms. Minnerly averages over 50 sales and leasing transactions representing over 1,000,000 square feet annually.

Prior to joining Colliers, Ms. Minnerly served as an executive vice president at NAI Hunneman. Before returning to NAI Hunneman as a principal (after a 13-year history), she was at Cushman & Wakefield for 7 years
