Catherine Williams started her career with Colliers International at the Greater Cincinnati & Dayton offices in 2017. Starting off as a marketing specialist and being responsible for establishing a strategic marketing plan for actively listed properties, developing property collateral, assembling presentations, and assisting in day-to-day administrative tasks. Catherine has since been promoted to the Director of Marketing and Public Relations based on her strong work ethic, team work performance and her commitment to the company.
As the Director of Marketing & Public Relations for the Greater Cincinnati and Dayton offices, Catherine has overall responsibility for the marketing and brokerage support teams. She oversees the strategic direction of marketing and public relations for all service lines delivery and corporate efforts. Catherine not only leads the development of the overall strategy for the firm but also leads the execution of it. She works in line and collaborates with the Director of Research, Loren DeFilippo, to maximize the impact of the regions research material for promotion of the offices and the Colliers brand as a whole.
Catherine is what you would call a mediator and a defender- she is always eager to help a good cause and is very dedicated for the people she works with. She has always been one to include and relate to those around her; Catherine does not see the difference in others instead she recognizes and cultivates the potential in them.

I have spent the past 20+ years as a Professional B2B Executive Sales Leader that has served in many roles within the sales arena. Roles included: direct sales leader, consultant, new business generator, developer of existing accounts, sales manager, Sr Director of Sales and Managing Director. I am a loyal and dedicated sales leader who understands and values relationships while delivering solutions to specific client needs.
I have prospected and developed new business accounts, taken over existing under performing accounts and teams; grew them, sold re-branded products and solutions, all while maintaining and growing current business. I have excelled at building and growing sales teams while achieving sales goals and maintaining a focus on ebitda and revenue. Through each of these roles and learning experiences, I have come away with a singular understanding - my passion is for delivering results for my B2B clients and being a quantifiable leader within an organization. I have come to understand sales operations and processes throughout my career, but I have learned that my true value is using B2B relationships to garner solutions and results for my clients.
Janine Mason joined Colliers International as a Marketing Coordinatorwith the Greater Cincinnati office in 2021. Janine supports the office sector with a focus in healthcare services. She is responsible for an assortment of marketing tasks and designing collateral for tenants and landlords alike.
Emily Thomas joined Colliers International as a Marketing Associate with the Greater Cincinnati office in 2021. Emily supports the Industrial team with various projects and assignments, including day-to-day marketing tasks.
Emily is a creative communicator with a strong attention to detail. She is well-versed in AP style writing and proficient in design mediums such as Adobe Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop. Emily has honed her skills working in various industries throughout her professional development. She has developed marketing campaigns for ION Television, created digital content for divisions of UF Health, and drove communications with clients at a budding law firm.
Krystal Bermudez joined Colliers International as a Marketing Associate with the Greater Cincinnati office in 2021. Krystal supports the Office team with various projects and assignments, including day-to-day marketing tasks and the creation and development of presentations, Social Media Strategy and Marketing Plans.
